Latest player under the spotlight is Woodley Sports 'Dazzler', Darren Burgess. A Derbyshire Alliance player, who has just helped Woodley win the Bill Adshead, Daz is in an elite group who have beaten the Games No 1, G.I Wilson.
Have a read of his "Bowling" Profile. Anyone, and I mean anyone can have a go as I'm sure every player has something interesting to share regardless of what level they play at. What about some of our more senior bowling colleagues who remember the days when there were 2 and 3 deep watching parks matches, and when Dennis Mercer was THE player to beat. Or some who are new to the game and have a different perspective on things.
Anyway, why not have a go at the profile thing yourself by dowloading the questionnaire HERE (click 'Save' when it opens, or copy and paste into something like Microsoft Word). The questions are only a guideline so feel free to add in extra detail or leave out bits you don't fancy, or send something completely different, then email back to us :- feedback@stockportbowls.co.uk and next 'It Could Be You'.
